The field training session, organized for 5th-year students of the specialty “Manufacture of Building Materials, Products, and Structures” of the Faculty of Road Construction, is one of the important steps in combining their theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
The students visited the construction site of the new building complex of our institute, where construction works are still in progress. The purpose of the session was to familiarize them with modern trends in the development of the construction industry, the use of advanced building materials and technologies, as well as the equipment applied in production.
Specialists provided the participants with detailed explanations about the work being carried out at the site. The students became acquainted with the stages of erecting the new buildings, namely:
In addition, they had the opportunity to learn about the implementation of safety regulations at the construction site. The students also discussed with experienced engineers how the quality of local and imported materials, as well as the level of production development, influence the successful completion of the project.
