Improving German Language Skills in the Federal Republic of Germany

Thanks to the initiatives of our Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our country is achieving great success in education and science, which is especially noticeable during the “Year of International Peace and Trust”. Currently, a special focus is being placed on improving the quality of education: curricula and textbooks are being updated, and digital technologies are actively being integrated into the learning process. As part of our international cooperation efforts, we are working effectively with prestigious universities in developed countries to train highly qualified specialists and modernize the methodological foundation of our national education system.

Thanks to the opportunities created by our Esteemed President, students from several Turkmen universities have received scholarships to participate in summer courses in Germany. These courses were organized through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan as part of the 2025 DAAD program. From July to August 2025, students from the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, Myrat Garriyev Turkmen State Medical University, the Oguz Khan University of Engineering Technologies of Turkmenistan, the Dovletmämmet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute will take part in summer courses at higher education institutions in the Federal Republic of Germany under the DAAD program. These courses will be held at some of Germany's most advanced universities. Akgaev Emir, the 3th-year student at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, majoring in “Real Estate Expertise and Management”, was sent on an internship to study modern German language teaching methods and deepen his knowledge of Germany. He is currently continuing his internship. The organization of such internships and exchange programs between higher education institutions in foreign countries contributes to the further expansion of scientific and educational cooperation between our state, Turkmenistan, and the Federal Republic of Germany.

We express our immense gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the opportunities they provide to our youth. Thanks to their support, we can participate in international courses and competitions at leading universities worldwide to perfect our skills. We wish our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar sound health, happiness, and success in their state activities.
