In the Era of Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, one of the key directions of state policy is the enhancement of young specialists’ education at the international level, their introduction to new technologies, and the adoption of advanced experience. Under the leadership of the Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, broad opportunities are being created for the international professional development of university professors in Turkmenistan.
Thanks to these opportunities, professors and students of Turkmenistan’s specialized higher education institutions regularly participate in international training programs, forums, and seminars held in developed countries around the world. Taking advantage of such an opportunity, Jepbarov Shirmukhammet, a faculty member of the Architecture and Construction Faculty of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, took part in the international seminar “Construction and Management of Industrial Zones of the Five Central Asian Countries” held in Tianjin, China, from July 17 to July 30 of this year.
This seminar, organized with the support of the Government of the People's Republic of China within the framework of the "China Aid for Shared Future" initiative, brought together young professionals, representatives of the construction and management sectors, and university professors from five Central Asian countries — Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. During educational trips, thematic meetings, and presentation sessions, participants became acquainted with advanced engineering and technical solutions used in the construction of modern industrial zones, the structure of construction plans, and the features of digital management systems.
Jepbarov Shirmukhammet noted that during the seminar he familiarized himself with international examples of architectural and construction planning and thoroughly studied the role of sustainable development principles in modern urban planning. He expressed his boundless gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating such opportunities.
Expanding international scientific and practical relations for young professionals in Turkmenistan is important not only for their personal development but also for the modernization of the construction industry and the widespread implementation of innovative solutions. Such international forums, training programs, and exchanges contribute to raising the educational level of Turkmen youth to global standards and serve the progress of our Homeland.
