In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of the Powerful State, with the active support of the estemeed President, the education system of Turkmenistan has reached a new level, providing a harmonious combination of theoretical knowledge with industrial practice. This opens up broad opportunities for young people to get acquainted with the features of modern industry and consolidate the educational material in practice.
As part of this direction, students of the Faculty of Road Construction of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute underwent educational and industrial practice at a glass factory. During the practice, they got an idea of the structure of the enterprise, the stages of production, as well as the features of working with high-tech equipment. The plant's specialists held thematic classes for students, where they spoke in detail about the importance of glass products in the construction industry.
Future engineers studied the manufacturing process of various types of construction glass, including energy-saving, fire-resistant and noise-insulating glass. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of glass products in road infrastructure - in noise-insulating barriers, road signs, design elements and lighting of transport facilities.
The students were also provided with information on environmentally friendly production approaches, energy-saving technologies and compliance with labor safety standards. Thanks to the practice, the participants not only expanded their knowledge of innovations in the related industry, but also gained valuable experience necessary for the formation of professional skills.
The industrial practice became a solid foundation for the students' further professional growth, allowing them to better understand the specifics of their future activities. The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to undergo training in real production conditions and suggested continuing to hold such events in the future.
This experience is a vivid example of the successful interaction of the education system of Turkmenistan with the manufacturing sector, which contributes to the training of qualified personnel for the country's economy.
