In accordance with the primary objectives set forth by the President of Turkmenistan to modernize the national education system — particularly the development of highly qualified youth with strong academic potential, broad perspectives, a sense of purpose, and the ability to manage innovative technologies as well as in line with the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan and the integration of innovations into the educational process, and based on the Roadmap for 2025 approved by Order No. 411 of the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan dated December 27, 2024, the first institutional stage of the innovative educational competition "STEM Olympiad" was held on May 1, 2025, at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute.
