As a result of the tireless concern of the Esteemed President, sample opportunities are being created for young people to receive science and education in accordance with world standards and to grow up as highly trained professionals. On April 18-19, 2025, a competition for innovative projects among young people called "ICT START-UP: Innovative technologies for sustainable development" was held at the state Energy Institute of Turkmenistan in the city of Mary. Young people from higher and secondary vocational schools and secondary schools of the country took part in the competition. The competition was held in 7 categories. Students of the Turkmen state Architecture and Construction institute also took part in this competition in various fields. Among them, Atayev Muhammet, Emirov Soyunaly, Byashimov Shanazar, Kakayev Kakajan took part and won prizes. The 2nd year student of chemical technology of inorganic substances Kakayev Kakajan took the 1st place , His scientific researcher O. Saryyeva teacher of the department of “General chemistry”, The 3rd year student of chemical technology faculty Bashimov Shanazar took 3rd place, his scientific researcher B. Atayeva teacher of the department of “Industrial ecology”.
