In the year of "Turkmenistan – “The Home of Peace and Trust", cooperation in the field of science and education is carried out between the prestigious higher educational institutions of the world and the higher educational institutions of the country. On April 16, 2025, on the inititive of the Kazan National Research and Technology University of the Republic of Tatarstan, an international online scientific-practical conference was held with the participation of the "Industrial Ecology" department of the Turkmen State Architecture and construction institute "Modern technologies in the framework of environmental protection and techno sphere security". At the online scientific-practical conference, associate professor of "Industrial ecology" department, candidate of technical sciences, Shamuhammet Saryev and senior teacher of the institute, Agamyrat Saparov, spoke on the topic "Possibilities of using local sorbents in water supply of Turkmenistan". In his speech, he talked about bentonite, a local raw material, as environmentally friendly water purification sorbent.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to our esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar and the National Leader of the Turkmen people for the opportunities provided to collaborate with foreign higher educational institutions and for the chance to deeply study ecological education during the “Year of International Peace and Trust” in the new era of the Revival of the Powerful State.
