INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIADS

During the Renaissance of a new era of a stable state, in the year called “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”, under the strict leadership of the esteemed President, with the aim of developing and improving the education system in the country, educating and training educated youth, deepening and increasing their enthusiasm for education and science , implementation of the Concept for the development of the digital education system in Turkmenistan and improving the teaching of relevant subjects in natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan, inclusion of the country’s universities in the list of international higher education institutions by 2024, On March 29, 2024, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute organized the III International Open Internet Olympiad in the course “Strength of Materials” among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan and foreign countries.

Along with our institute, only 114 students from Turkmenistan participated in the Olympiad, namely the International University of Humanities and Development, the Oguzkhan University of Engineering and Technology, the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldy Kakaev, the Institute of International relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Engineering, Technical and Transport and Communications Institute of Turkmenistan, Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan named after Great Saparmurad Turkmenbashy, The Border Institute of Turkmenistan, Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, Turkmen State Institute of Finance, Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, Naval Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, Turkmen Agricultural Institute. A total of 386 students participated from foreign countries, namely the Republic of Tajikistan, the People's Republic of China, Austria, Malaysia, South Korea, the Republic of South Africa, Uganda, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Italy, the United States of America, the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Tatarstan, Hungary, Great Britain, the Republic of Turkey, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, a total of 500 students took part in the Olympiad. The results of the Olympiad are posted on our website www.tdbgi.edu.tm in the “Olympiads” section.
