An excursion to the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet was organized by the Women's Organization of the Architecture and Construction Faculty. At this museum, our female students closely familiarized themselves with various types of carpets and carpet products.

They received a lot of interesting information about carpets woven during the war years, the crafting process of the giant carpet, waterproof carpets, as well as the rules of storage and cleaning methods for carpet products. They also received extensive information about the distinct features of the magnificent carpets from each of our regions. In particular, the students gathered valuable details from specialists about the weaving process of the "Azhdar" (Dragon) carpet, the number of knots, and the tools used for weaving.

They became even more convinced that today all opportunities exist for the youth to safeguard the national heritage inherited from our ancestors and to continue it in modern times with great enthusiasm. The female students expressed their heartfelt wishes through drawing.

Taking this opportunity, we express our deep gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for all the opportunities being created. May Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar enjoy sound health and long lives.
