Under the guidance of Olya Yovyyeva, Senior Lecturer at the "Architecture" Department and Jahan Annamyradova, Trainee Teacher, a field practical session was held for 3rd and 6th-year students of the "Architectural Environment Design" specialty at the Architecture and Construction Faculty. As part of the field session, together with the students, we visited the historical-architectural complex of the Seyitjemaleddin Mosque in the city of Anau. The main goal of the practical session was to gain hands-on skills by studying the historical structure, its architectural features, and cultural significance.

During the field session, we familiarized ourselves with the history, architectural features, and preserved decorative elements of the Seyitjemaleddin Mosque in Anau. The students had the opportunity to directly study the historical monument, paying close attention to its structure, various decorative elements, and the characteristics of the architectural environment.

One of the particularly exciting parts of the field session was interacting with foreign guests from Australia. We had a conversation with them, exchanged views, and learned their perspectives on the historical sites of Turkmenistan. This interaction allowed the students to gain additional experience in intercultural communication and develop communication skills with foreign nationals.

Furthermore, during the practical session, the students prepared sketches of the Seyitjemaleddin Mosque using sketchboards. This work allowed for a deeper focus on the architectural forms and the external features of the building. Overall, the educational practice was meaningful and engaging. The students not only gained new knowledge about the historical and cultural heritage of the city of Anau but also acquired practical experience in video recording, sketching, and intercultural communication. Along with applying theoretical knowledge in practice, the conducted lesson contributed to the development of the students' creative and communicative skills.
