On October 1, 2026, faculty members from the Department of Social Sciences of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute participated in an educational-methodological seminar titled “The Importance and Role of Foreign Languages in Diplomacy (Taking the French Language as an Example)”. The event was organized by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the discussions, it was emphasized that the year 2026 — the year of the Akhalteke horse — holds special significance according to the wisdom of Hero Arkadag regarding the prominent place of Akhalteke horses in the multi-century history of our people.
Furthermore, based on proposals received from public representatives and citizens, the year 2026 was officially declared the year “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — the homeland of purposeful winged horses”. It was noted that this year will be recorded in the chronicle of the Era of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State as one of the years in which immense, grand endeavors are being realized in all spheres across our beloved Motherland, confidently moving forward at horse-like speed toward the heights of development under the leadership of our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
