In our independent and permanently Neutral Turkmenistan, grand initiatives are being implemented to ensure that the younger generation receives a world-class education, confidently steps into the world of science, and elevates our country's prestige on the international stage. In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, every achievement of our youth reflects the wise policy pursued by our Hero-Arkadag and Honorable President. Kadyrberdi Abdykerimovich Artykov, one of our country's talented and goal-oriented young scholars, has achieved a resounding victory, once again raising the scientific and educational reputation of Turkmenistan within the international community.
Recently, the prestigious international competition "The Best Student of the CIS" among the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States concluded in Astana, the capital city of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This large-scale scientific and creative competition was organized at a high level by the "Parasat" National Center for Education and Innovation of Kazakhstan and the "Zhana Kazakhstan" Republican Innovation Center. Participating in this distinguished international contest, Turkmen student Kadyrberdi Artykov stood out with his profound knowledge, scientific capabilities, and active participation, becoming the winner of the competition and being awarded the highest honor — the 1st Degree Diploma.
Furthermore, Kadyrberdi's significant contribution to the development of the youth policy of the CIS countries was highly acknowledged, and he was awarded "The Best Student of the CIS" badge along with a special Certificate No. 075.
The Winner's Awards and International Recognition:
1. 1st Degree Diploma — Awarded to the winner of the International Competition;
2. "The Best Student of the CIS" Badge — Awarded for the contribution to the youth policy;

This magnificent success achieved by our student is the fruit of not only his dedication but also the hard work of his mentors and professors who educated and guided him. The Chairman of the Organizing Committee, B.N. Salimgereyev, presented a special letter of gratitude to the scientific advisor of Kadyrberdi Artykov for their significant contribution to the development of the country's education and science system, guidance, and hard work. This serves as a testament to the immense respect the international community holds for the Turkmen pedagogical school and science.
Such joyful events clearly demonstrate the vast opportunities created in our country for the youth to receive modern education, master innovative technologies, and lead in world-class competitions.
