On May 13, 2026, declared as the year of “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, a scientific and practical conference titled “Our State Law and National Flag - Guarantees of Unity and Prosperity” was held in the conference hall of the main building of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute to mark the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Day of State Flag of Turkmenistan.
At the beginning of the scientific and practical conference, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of the Institute, Charvayev Dovletgeldi, delivered a speech. During his speech, he highlighted the large-scale work and state-level progress, as well as the positive reforms being implemented in science and education, thanks to the tireless efforts of our Hero Arkadag and our Esteemed President. Furthermore, his remarks about the two values, the Constitution as the foundation of the state structure and social harmony, and the State Flag as the symbol of national pride and historical continuity, aroused great interest among the participating professors, teachers, and students.
During the conference, the teachers and students who delivered speeches expressed their heartfelt gratitude to our Hero Arkadag, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, and our Esteemed President, who have demonstrated to the whole world that these two values represent Turkmenistan's commitment to stability, friendship, and mutual respect—not only within the country, but globally. They wished them sound health, long lives, and continued success in all their endeavors.
