The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute holds the International Scientific and Practical Conference via digital system entitled “The White City Ashgabat – a Masterpiece of Architectural Art, a Center for  Scientific and Innovative Development”

Dear colleagues!

The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute invites experienced scientists, university professors, staff of scientific and research organizations, engineers, and specialists of the scientific-technical community to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “The White City Ashgabat – a Masterpiece of Architectural Art, a Center for Scientific and Innovative Development”, to be held via digital system on May 21, 2026.

The working languages of the conference are Turkmen, Russian, and English.

The main objective of the conference is to strengthen friendly relations and exchange mutually beneficial scientific information and experience among professors, teaching staff, postgraduate students, and students of relevant higher educational institutions of our country and foreign countries, as well as scientists of scientific institutions and specialists of companies.

The conference will feature presentations on the following topics:

  • Architectural and Construction Innovations, Modern Materials and Advanced Technologies; 
  • Architecture, Design, Urban Planning and Settlement Planning; 
  • Implementation of Digital Technologies into Construction and Architecture, Construction Economics; 
  • Ecology in Construction, Life Safety and Alternative Energy Sources. 

Scientists, engineering specialists, and representatives of the scientific and technical community wishing to participate in the conference are kindly requested to submit their presentations (reports) and relevant documents in accordance with the specified requirements.

C O N D I T I O N S

for participation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference  “The White City Ashgabat – a Masterpiece of Architectural Art, a Center for  Scientific and Innovative Development”

  1. The number of authors for theses submitted to the International Scientific and Practical Conference should not exceed three people. The content of the work must demonstrate independent research and must align with the title of the paper. 
  2. To participate in the conference, it is necessary to fill in a registration form (font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular):

To participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference held in Turkmenistan in digital format (for foreign participants), you are required to complete the registration form by downloading it from the link below:

  1. To participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference, it is necessary to prepare theses and annotations. The theses must be submitted in one of the working languages of the conference, while the annotations must be provided in the other two languages. 
  • The translation of theses from foreign conference participants into the Turkmen language will be carried out by the Organizing Committee.
  • Participants from Turkmenistan are required to provide translations of their thesis into English and Russian. The translation can be done at the relevant departments of higher educational institutions or at specialized translation agencies. 
  1. Theses and abstracts must be reviewed in the organization at the author’s place of work and sent to the Organizing Committee for the International Conference with a covering letter signed by the head. Electronic versions of theses and abstracts must be attached to the letter.
  2. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and content of the submitted materials.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

for the preparation of theses and annotations

  1. We kindly request you to send your theses and annotations for participation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference to the Organizing Committee. The volume of the theses should not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 format (210×297 mm), and the volume of each annotation (in English and Russian) should be up to 0.5 pages.
  2. Page formatting requirements: margins – 2.0 cm at the top and bottom, 2.5 cm on the left, 1.5 cm on the right. Page orientation – portrait. Font – Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, line spacing – 1.
  3. Depending on the specifics of the scientific work, figures, formulas, and tables may be presented. However, each image must fit within the page dimensions, and the font size cannot be less than 14 pt. The total volume of the theses, including figures, formulas and tables, should not exceed 1.5 pages of A4 format.
  4. All materials submitted in electronic form must be in MsWord format (with .doc or .docx extensions).
  5. The theses and annotations should be in one file and formatted as follows:
  • author's first and last name – bold black font, right-aligned on the page, font size 14 pt. The country name is indicated in parentheses.
  • in the case of two authors, the speaker's first and last name is listed first.
  • the titles of the theses and annotations must be in bold black font, size 16 pt, center-aligned.
  • one blank line is left between the titles and the text.
  1. The text of the abstract and summary should be justified. Mathematical formulas must be created using appropriate formula editors.
  2. The pages of the theses and annotations are not numbered.
  3. Applications that do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered.
  4. Corrections and additions made after the work is sent will not be accepted.
  5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the work if it does not meet the requirements of the International Scientific and Practical Conference.
  6. Submitted documents are not returned.
  7. Theses and annotations of the report must be placed into one file. The file name should contain the speaker’s last name, first name and the word “tez.”. For example, for the speaker Amanov Myrat, the file should be named “Amanov M. tez.”. The text of the speech should be sent in a separate file.
  8. Registration forms are to be completed by all authors of the thesis and placed into one file. The registration form of the speaker is placed first, followed by those of the co-authors. The file name for the registration information should include the author's last name, first name and the word “reg”. For example, for Amanov Myrat, the file should be named “Amanov M. reg”.
  9. Files must not be archived!
