On March 23, 2026, an engaging and impactful field training session was conducted for 4th-year students majoring in Urban Planning at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction. The session was led by experienced senior lecturers Y. Atayev and M. Nuryyev from the Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering, and took place at the construction site of the new building complex of the Turkmen State of Architecture and Construction Institute, where work is being actively carried out by the private enterprise “Ajaýyp Gurluşyk”.
Company specialists provided detailed explanations to the students about various situations that may arise at construction sites, labor protection, technical safety regulations, prevention of emergencies, and response measures. Afterwards, the students, together with the specialists, explored different areas of the site and observed the ongoing construction processes.
This session, organized by the Urban Planning Department, not only focused on explaining the technical aspects of construction processes but also aimed at developing students’ problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills. Such field training sessions create great opportunities for young builders to gain practical experience, strengthen their professional competencies, and confidently begin their future careers.
