During the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, B. Serdarov, a senior teacher at the Faculty of Road Construction, was awarded the commemorative silver medal “30th Anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan”. On December 24, 2025, a ceremony was held at the faculty to congratulate B. Serdarov on receiving this high-level award. The event was attended by the faculty’s teaching staff and B. Myratberdiyev, chairman of the Institute’s Trade Union Organization.
For many years, senior teacher B. Serdarov has been sharing his wealth of experience with students, educating and mentoring high-level specialists.
During the ceremony, the speakers highlighted B. Serdarov’s professional excellence, sense of responsibility, and dedication to the teaching profession. They also emphasized that his ongoing scientific-methodological and educational-instructional work significantly contributes to the development of the faculty.
