In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, great care is taken at the state level to ensure that young people grow up to be well-educated, erudite, and broad-minded individuals. Studying the valuable works of Hero-Arkadag and expressing their essence in world languages inspires great enthusiasm among students.
In accordance with the 2025 work plan of the Language Teaching Coordination Council under the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, an English essay writing competition was held among students of the country's higher educational institutions. This competition, organized at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, was dedicated to the book "Hakyda göwheri" (The Treasure of Memory) by the National Leader of the Turkmen people.
Hangeldi Ballyyev, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, performed successfully in this creative competition and won the III prize. The English writing proficiency of the student, who is specializing in architecture, was highly rated by the jury.
The prize-winner Hangeldi Ballyyev shared his impressions:
"Hero-Arkadag’s book 'Hakyda göwheri' is a true school of life for us, the youth. Expressing the profound wisdom of this work in English was both a responsibility and a source of pride for me. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar for creating such broad opportunities for us to participate in creative competitions and receive a modern education."
