On the eve of the New Year, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute received a special greeting from its long-standing partner — the Association of Technical Universities (Moscow). The letter, signed by the Association's Executive Director A.S. Petrakov and Advisor, Director of the MUNS TREI center at Bauman MSTU V.K. Baltyan, is filled with warmth and sincere wishes for our collective.
Winter Fairy Tale Poetry from Veliky Ustyug
A special surprise was the festive enclosure — an original poetic address written on behalf of Father Frost (Ded Moroz) from his residence in Veliky Ustyug. In this unique greeting, dated December 2025, the winter wizard addresses the "glorious collectives of higher education institutions" with profound and inspiring words.
In his message, Father Frost reflects on the importance of peaceful creation and technological progress:
"...Will it create for the whole country ahead,
A path of development into the world of technologies?"
Key Wishes for Colleagues
The main message of the greeting is focused on eternal values and professional growth. Through the image of Father Frost, our colleagues from the Association wished our institute:
Symbolism of Unity
The festive postcards accompanying the letter feature the emblem of the Association and the coat of arms of the legendary Bauman Moscow State Technical University, founded in 1830. This reminds us of the importance of academic unity and the continuity of traditions in training engineering personnel.
The administration of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute expresses its deep gratitude to the Association of Technical Universities for such a touching and high-level greeting. We are confident that 2026 will be a year of strengthening our ties, new scientific discoveries, and joint achievements!
Happy New Year 2026!
