During the days marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality and the celebration of the New Year, and with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyle principles and national moral values among students of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations, and preventing the use of pyrotechnic and other explosive devices, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, in cooperation with the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Political Council of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers, and a physician from the Ashgabat Student Health Center, organized an educational meeting titled “Morality and Upbringing – the Adornment of Human Life” for the student youth.
