In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, Turkmenistan is successfully implementing large-scale initiatives aimed at comprehensive national development, strengthening economic capacity, and enhancing the scientific, educational, and innovation potential of society. The strategic programs carried out under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and the President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, open broad opportunities for bringing our country to the level of the world’s advanced nations.
Currently, Turkmenistan’s education system is achieving significant progress in modernizing educational processes, expanding international academic cooperation, digital transformation, and training highly qualified specialists. The modern conditions created throughout the country, as well as the state policy aimed at supporting youth creativity and innovation, shape a strong foundation for the confident future development of the nation.

On 17 November 2025, within the framework of the DARYA Project, financed by the European Union, a seminar titled “Workplace-Based Learning (Master–Apprentice Model)” was held at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The workshop gathered representatives of higher and secondary vocational education institutions of Turkmenistan, as well as specialists from state and private management institutions and enterprises. Participants studied modern approaches to workplace-based training, contemporary mentoring models, the role of digital technologies, industrial methodologies, and experience-transfer practices under the guidance of qualified experts.
Specialists from the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute also took part in the seminar, presenting their experience in educational and production activities and discussing new opportunities for international cooperation within the DARYA project.
The training workshop aimed at introducing new approaches to the preparation of highly qualified personnel, improving the practical competencies of employees and students directly in the working environment, and integrating global best practices with national capabilities.

Activities organized within the DARYA Project play an important role in developing new directions in Turkmenistan’s education and industrial sectors in line with international standards, strengthening professional competencies, and training specialists capable of meeting the current development pace of the national economy.
We express our sincere and profound gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating such broad opportunities and for their constant support of Turkmenistan’s education system and its integration with international expertise.
We wish Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar strong health and long life! May the constructive, great, and strategically significant initiatives, which lead our Motherland along the path of progress and prosperity, always be crowned with success!
