On November 3, 2025, during the festive events dedicated to the Day of Construction and Industry Workers, which is widely celebrated across Turkmenistan, several faculty members of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute (TSACI) were honored with gifts from the President of Turkmenistan, alongside specialists who achieved outstanding results in the country’s leading economic sectors. Yolly Myradov, head of the Department of “Automobile Road Construction”, Ashe Gubayeva, head of the Department of “Architecture”, Bayramaly Serdarov, senior lecturer of the Department of “Construction Materials” and Shirmuhammet Jepbarov, lecturer of the Department of “Architecture” were awarded gifts from Estemeed President solemnly.
These high distinctions stand as a clear recognition of their notable contribution to the development of Turkmenistan’s construction and industrial sectors, as well as a state-level acknowledgment of their efforts in educating the younger generation with modern scientific and technical knowledge.
In the epoch of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the country’s construction and industrial complex has become one of the strategic pillars of the national economy, reaching new stages of progress. Through the successful implementation of National and State Development Programs, modern housing complexes, production facilities, and socio-cultural buildings have been constructed across all regions of Turkmenistan. New industrial enterprises in the construction, chemical, energy, and road-building sectors have significantly strengthened the pace of national economic growth.
Within the Year of International Peace and Trust, one of the most significant events — the International Exhibition and Conference “Development of Turkmenistan’s Construction, Industry, Chemical and Energy Sectors” — was held on November 3–4, 2025, in the picturesque “Awaza” National Tourist Zone, becoming a landmark in the country’s economic development.
The construction of the white-marble city of Ashgabat, modern regional centers, and the first “smart city” in Central Asia — Arkadag City — are vivid examples of the dynamic progress of Turkmenistan’s construction sector. The harmonious synthesis of national architectural traditions with advanced global urban-planning practices defines the essence of modern Turkmen architecture. It demonstrates the creative fusion of the nation’s centuries-old heritage with scientific innovation, engineering excellence, and cutting-edge technologies.
All these achievements are the result of the visionary and progressive leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the President of Turkmenistan, and Hero Arkadag, the National Leader of the Turkmen People. Through their tireless efforts, Turkmenistan’s construction, industrial, energy, and transport sectors continue to advance, while the nation strengthens its position regionally and internationally.
The faculty and students of TSACI express their sincere gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for creating such broad opportunities for professional and educational growth, inspiring the younger generation to serve their homeland, work creatively, and reach new achievements in science and education.
We wish Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar strong health and long life! May all their endeavors in the name of the prosperity of the state and the well-being of the people always be accompanied by success and recognition!
