On October 23, 2025, in honor of the celebration of the Turkmen Alabay Dog Day under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Esteemed President, the teachers and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute took part in the festive event titled “The Turkmen Alabay – a Brave Guardian and a Loyal Friend”, held at the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
