On October 21, 2025, the Department of “Electrical Engineering” of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute held a scientific-practical seminar titled “Methodological Recommendations for Improving Teaching Practices of Pedagogical Staff”. The seminar was organized under the leadership of the department's senior lecturer, Gurbandurdy Orazov, and was attended by all professors and lecturers of the faculty.
The main purpose of the seminar was to further improve the teaching practices of academic-pedagogical staff, to provide the younger generation with education that meets international standards, and to support the successful resolution of complex tasks in teaching and upbringing. It also aimed to showcase the professional skills of educators.
The foundation of a teacher’s professional competence lies in their mastery of the craft. Pedagogical excellence is not only knowing advanced teaching and educational methods but also being able to innovate, contribute to the profession, and correctly interpret emerging pedagogical phenomena.
At the end of the seminar, participants exchanged views on educational and methodological issues.
Such scientific-practical seminars will greatly contribute to enhancing the professional competence of teachers in the future, especially that of young aspiring educators.
