In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Independence State, in 2025, declared the "Year of International Peace and Trust," and in connection with the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, the faculty of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held an open online lecture entitled "Neutrality - the Unwavering Foundation of Peace" on October 17, 2025. The faculty and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute took part in the open lesson. The information presented by the experienced diplomat, revealing the historical roots of the principle of neutrality, was very impressive.
