From October 13 to 15, 2025, within the framework of the 15th Universiade titled “Turkmenistan – the land of spirituality and health”, a draughts (checkers) competition was held among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan. In this competition, the first-year students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute — Joshgun Muzaffarov from the Faculty of Architecture and Construction and Ilmyrat Rustamov from the Faculty of Road Construction — won I place.
