On October 9, 2025, in the presence of Sapargeldi Danatarov, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Senior Lecturer, acting Head of the Department of “Water, Gas, and Heat Supply” of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, we gathered to discuss an important topic:
“A Developing State Is an Organized State.”
These words mean not only the development of the state but also the responsibility of each of us.
A state is not only buildings and streets.
A state is its people, its laws, and the valuable principles that exist in society.
Each of us is a part of the state’s constructive framework. Our knowledgeable actions, small acts of assistance — contribute to the strengthening of our state.
Just as responsible leaders who love their people, we too must perform even small deeds with a big heart, laying the foundation of order and stability.
Therefore, friends, remember:
A Developing State Is an Organized State!
