Modern Opportunities in the Education System

The multi-sectoral and large-scale investment activities carried out on the initiative of our Esteemed Arkadagly Hero Serdar, aimed at modernizing the national economy, are receiving broad support from the international community.

Today, the education system has become a priority area of state policy. On the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth, as is traditional, a new modern higher educational institution – the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs – was solemnly inaugurated and put into operation on September 1. The university is equipped with all the necessary modern facilities for high-level education, which has become a joyful event for the entire nation.

The great attention given to the construction sector ensures the consistent development of modern social, cultural, educational, industrial, and transport facilities. A vivid example of this is the new buildings complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, which are being built in accordance with modern requirements. Magnificent architectural complexes, new districts, and modern villages are being built throughout the country. Educational institutions put into operation are equipped with the latest technologies, thereby opening up broad opportunities for the younger generation.

Taking advantage of the opportunities created in the sphere of education, Emir Akgaev, a 4th-year student of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, majoring in “Expertise and Management of Real Estate (in the Industrial Sector)”, participated in academic trainings in the Federal Republic of Germany, in the city of Heidelberg, from July 30 to August 28. The trip was carried out within the framework of the DAAD exchange program, which brought together 580 students from 60 countries.

The classes, conducted in German, were highly informative and engaging, providing participants with an excellent opportunity to become more familiar with the geography, history, culture, art, science, and educational potential of various countries. The program included general, practical, and seminar-style sessions, organized in a dynamic and interactive manner. Participants were able not only to expand their knowledge but also to establish new international contacts, exchange experiences, and present the culture and traditions of their homeland.

The organization of such educational programs is of great importance: by establishing contacts with developed countries of the world, we gain insights into their achievements, present to them the opportunities being created in Turkmenistan, and learn from each other’s experiences.

On this occasion, we sincerely wish that, in the period of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the noble endeavors of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, aimed at the prosperity of our Homeland, continue to reach new heights, that all initiatives be successful. We wish Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar long life, strong health and immense success in all of their undertakings.
