Relying on the centuries-old experience accumulated by our glorious ancestors in governing the state, following their wise advice, ensuring the broad participation of the population in resolving important issues of state and public life, strengthening unity and cohesion in society, and creatively improving the achievements in the development of national democracy, as well as discussing and implementing matters directed towards the interests of our people – all this is vividly reflected in the annual meetings of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.
Wonderful proverbs about consultation and collective decision-making have reached our days, and are reflected in the book “The Source of Wisdom”, published thanks to the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, including: “A stone thrown with consultation will fly far”, “A celebration arranged with consultation will not fall apart”, “A coat tailored with consultation will not be short”.
In this regard, on September 4, 2025, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute organized a conference entitled “Resolutions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan: Youth Policy”.
