On August 29, 2025, a scientific-practical conference was held at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth. The theme of the conference was:
“The Scientific and Educational Potential of the Student Youth of the Epoch of Arkadagly Serdar – A Reliable Foundation for Progress and a Successful Future”.
At the opening ceremony of the conference, professors and teachers emphasized that in the Era of the Revival of a New Epoch of the Powerful State, Turkmenistan is implementing comprehensive and programmatic development across all sectors of the economy, including education. It was noted that modern kindergartens, schools, vocational and higher educational institutions, as well as recreational and health centers for children, are being actively constructed and commissioned throughout the country.
Thanks to the digitalization of education and the wide application of the latest scientific achievements in the teaching process, education has become even more modern and efficient.
Following the opening ceremony, the conference continued in sectional sessions held across the faculties of the institute. Professors, lecturers, and students from the institute and other higher educational institutions of the country delivered presentations on the results of their scientific research.
During the presentations, it was emphasized that throughout the millennia-long history of the Turkmen people, education and upbringing have been regarded as universal human values. In this context, active efforts are being made to incorporate advanced international experience and progressive methodologies into the national education system. It was proudly noted that the modern conditions and vast opportunities created by the Esteemed President contribute to the all-round development of schoolchildren and students, their physical and spiritual well-being, upbringing in the spirit of high patriotism, acquisition of new knowledge and internationally recognized professional skills, and the training of highly qualified specialists.
The conference also highlighted the construction sector as one of the key areas of Turkmenistan's economy. In the Era of the Revival of a New Epoch of the Powerful State, the construction industry continues to develop and modernize on a large scale. The growing volume of investments in this sector was underscored, as evidenced by the construction of numerous modern residential and social facilities—kindergartens, schools, universities, medical centers, and other infrastructure projects.
