The Turkmen State of Architecture and Construction Institute has received a warm congratulatory message on the occasion of the "Day of Science and Student Youth" from the Association of Technical Universities. The greeting was sent by Mr. Artem Sergeyevich Petrakov, Executive Director of the Association, and Mr. Valery Kononovich Baltyan, Director of the Intersectoral Educational and Research Center for Technological Development and Eurasian Integration at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MUNC TREI) and Adviser to the Association.
