On March 18, 2025, a roundtable discussion titled “Great Achievements in the International Year of Peace and Trust” was held in the conference hall of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The large-scale initiatives launched by Hero Arkadag to innovatively diversify our country’s construction and industrial sectors are currently being successfully implemented under the leadership of our esteemed President. Special attention is given to increasing the competitiveness of produced goods, expanding their variety, and strengthening the industrial, scientific, and technical base of the construction sector. Within the state strategy of industrialization and import substitution, great importance is placed on ensuring the domestic market is supplied with locally produced construction materials based on national raw materials.
At the roundtable, the institute’s faculty members delivered presentations on the “Baherden” Ceramic Products Enterprise, which was recently opened in the Baherden district of the Ahal velayat. The new facility will ensure uninterrupted supply of high-quality construction materials for construction projects and the population. The enterprise, with an annual capacity of 3.3 million square meters of ceramic decorative tiles and 120,000 sanitary ware products, is equipped with advanced machinery from leading global manufacturers.
