In order to carry out the events planned for the 30th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the announcement by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan of 2025 as “International year of Peace and Trust", based on the instruction of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan on the training of volunteers consisting of students of higher educational institutions of the country, educational events are organized among young people about the traditions of the Turkmen people and our cultural values. A training seminar on the topic “With the arrival of Novruz, the national holiday of spring will be celebrated, youth with Arkadag Serdar will decorate the times” (“Nowruz gelse toýlanar milli bahar baýramy, Arkadag Serdar bilen ýaşlar bezär döwrüni”) was held by Volunteer Center and Democracy party of the Turkmen state Architecture and construction institute. Volunteers are the praisers of the Eternal Neutral Motherland. They make a great contribution to the international reputation of our country by studying the history, traditions, culture and art of the Motherland in foreign languages and presenting them to future foreign guests. General voluntary courses on various topics related to politics, education and culture at the international level are also organized for them.
The training sessions organized by the Volunteer Center at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction institute are directly focused on preparing the general theory of volunteering, as well as training translators and guides. Thus, volunteers have the opportunity not only to know world languages, but also to become closely acquainted with the culture, history, traditions and moral principles of the countries of the world. The speeches of student volunteers in foreign languages on the topic “International holiday Novruz” made a great impression. This revealed the creative abilities of student volunteers in presenting the development of the Motherland in foreign languages.
