EXPERIENCE – A GUARANTEE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Alongside all sectors of our beloved Homeland, significant progress is also being achieved in the military sphere under the leadership of our Esteemed Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Today, the preparation and training of highly qualified national military specialists is one of the key strategic tasks clearly defined by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan as part of the country's development plan.

Enhancing the knowledge and skills of military cadets who are eager to learn, improving their professional qualifications, aligning teaching methods with modern international practices, strengthening their ability to correctly apply both theoretical and practical approaches to military education, deepening their military-political awareness, and educating them in various military fields based on advancements in science, technology, and the digital system—these are essential responsibilities.

In line with these objectives, and in accordance with the decision of our Esteemed President, cadets of the Civil Defense Faculty established at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction are currently undergoing practical training at the end of the academic year. This training is conducted under the guidance of officer-instructors both within the higher education institution and at local civil defense and rescue service units of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, as well as at the country's industrial facilities.

These practical training sessions are of great importance in the preparation of highly skilled military specialists in the field of civil defense. In particular, cadets show strong interest in the purpose, use, technical specifications, and maintenance methods of modern military equipment regularly introduced into the Armed Forces, especially in the civil defense sector. During the practical lessons conducted within the framework of the curriculum, military cadets have learned about the primary tasks of civil defense—namely, the protection of the population and key economic facilities, the organization of population movement strategies during emergencies in construction, chemical industries, and other natural or man-made disasters, as well as the scientific identification of civil defense priorities and the timely preparation of relevant facilities and areas.

These practical training sessions have further strengthened the pride of military cadets and the dedicated officer-instructors in their noble profession and deepened their boundless love for our beloved Homeland and our Esteemed Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
