The active use of the latest digital systems and innovative “smart” technologies in its development fills our people with special pride. This confirms that the work aimed at ensuring the well-being and happy life of citizens is constantly expanding.

The architectural appearance of Arkadag, recognized as one of the modern cities of the world, is distinguished by its unique beauty, which is in harmony with the national spirit of our people. This city, with a special legal status of “City of National Significance”, combines the classic traditions of national architecture with modern principles of urban planning and design. It is also important to note that a large-scale infrastructure has been created in the city that fully complies with international environmental standards.

Built on a combination of unique principles of Turkmen architecture and modern world architectural practice, this city embodies the national values inherited from our ancestors, particularly the image of our magnificent Akhal-Teke horses, carpet patterns, and the unique beauty of the sacred Turkmen land. The articles published in the collection “Arkadag City — The Heritage of Our National Leader for Humanity” are intended for a wide range of readers, including specialists in architecture, construction, chemistry, and economics, employees of scientific, design, and production organizations, as well as university professors, postgraduate students, and undergraduates.
