From June 13th to 15th, 2025, Shyhberdi Rahmanov, the 2nd-year student specializing in “Chemical Technology of Glass and citalls” at the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, emerged victorious at the Mediterranean Open 2025 Grand Prix Jiu-Jitsu tournament. The competition took place in Rome, Italy. Shyhberdi Rahmanov competed in the 62 kg weight category among both adults and U21 athletes, securing first place.
