On May 27, 2025, a discussion on the topic “Gurama” and its features was held among female students living in dormitory No. 3 of the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. In the epoch of the Revival of a new era of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, our national heritage reflects the spiritual life of our people. Extensive work is underway to revive crafts inherited from our grandmothers and mothers and to teach them to our youth. One such unique craft is gurama – an art born from the inspiration of our women and the magical power of their skilled hands.
Utilizing fabric scraps, female students of the Faculty of Computer Technology and Automation demonstrate their mastery in creating various types of mattresses and bags that serve to decorate homes. Regular meetings allow us to effectively pass on this traditional art to younger generations.
