In the XIV Universiade of “Turkmenistan - the country of spirituality and health”, that University Games competition among students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan, held from March 14 to 15, 2025 in the sport of judo, the winners were Serdar Rahimov, a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of Road Construction at the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, specializing in “Production of Construction Materials, Products, and Structures”, who took 1st place in the 73 kg weight category; Agajan Ayhanov, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Automation, specializing in “Measurement Technology and Techniques”, who took 1st place in the 81 kg weight category; and Mammedaly Achyldyyev, a 4th-year student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, specializing in “Power Supply”, who took 2nd place in the 100 kg weight category. Also, Shahruz Shanazarov, a 1st-year student of the specialization “Automation of Production and Technological Processes”, took 2nd place in the 66 kg weight category; Babajan Shamuradov, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Road Construction, specializing in “Production of Construction Materials, Products, and Structures”, took 3rd place in the 90 kg weight category; and Dowran Yazkylychov, a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of Economics and Management, specializing in “Real Estate Economics and Expertise”, took 3rd place in the 60 kg weight category. The team took 2nd place in the overall team standings.
