On November 26, during the Epoch of the Revival of the New Era of a Powerful State and the year “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi,” a festive celebration titled “Neutrality – Our Fortune” was held jointly by the Ashgabat city Hyakimlik of the Berkararlyk etrap and the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute in honor of the International Day of Neutrality.
