THE VICTORY OF THE STUDENT

From November 13 to 16, 2024, the World Championship in the sport of "Belt Wrestling" was held in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, for athletes born in 2004-2006. Mekan Nurberdiyev, a second-year student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, specializing in " Chemical technology of glass and glassceramics," won third place (bronze medal) in the 68 kg weight category.

From November 15 to 17, 2024, an international competition dedicated to the memory of Shigabutdin Marjanin also took place. Mekan Nurberdiyev, a second-year student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, specializing in "Chemical technology of glass and glassceramics," won third place (bronze medal) in the 75 kg weight category.
