On June 8, 2026 – the year celebrated under the motto “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Land of Swift Progress and Fulfilled Aspirations” – a scientific-practical conference titled “The Scientific Doctrines of the Hero-Arkadagly Serdar – The Driving Force of Our Society” was held in the assembly hall of the main building of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute to commemorate Science Day.
As highlighted during the conference, science and education currently play a pivotal role in the cultural, spiritual, and economic advancement of our society. The scientific doctrines initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag, and successfully advanced by our Hero-Arkadagly Serdar, open broad avenues for uncovering the talents of the younger generation and enhancing their creative capabilities.
The Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, for its part, stands as one of the leading educational institutions in the country, dedicated to training highly qualified, scientifically proficient young specialists for the construction, energy, chemical, and industrial sectors of the nation.
In their presentations, the faculty members and young scientists participating in the conference focused extensively on the pressing issues of contemporary science, with particular emphasis on the significance of the digital economy and advanced technologies in the fields of architecture and construction. Notably, the primary themes of the conference revolved around innovative scientific perspectives on the production of environmentally friendly construction materials, “smart city” concepts, and energy-saving technologies. This vividly demonstrates that Turkmenistan’s scientific policy is developing in perfect harmony with global advancements.
