Participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference first visited an exhibition showcasing the results of research and design work conducted by the professors, lecturers, and student youth of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, as well as works of applied arts. The guests closely familiarized themselves with the organized exhibition and the design projects of the institute's teachers and students. Among these projects, the final stage of the high-paced construction work on the new building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute - the architectural design of which was developed by the institute’s own teachers and proposed for construction in Ashgabat - is currently underway; the new building of the institute is expected to open in September 2026. A number of other modern design projects created by the institute's professors, lecturers, and student youth have also been successfully implemented.

Showcasing the unique ideas and innovations of talented young architects, these works inspire a modern approach to the future of our Motherland and the development of our cities and villages. The engaging exhibition space clearly reflected the consistent implementation of the large-scale urban development policy initiated by our Hero Arkadag, which is currently being successfully carried out under the leadership of our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who holds the high title of Honored Architect of Turkmenistan.

At the institute, scientific research is carried out to solve crucial manufacturing and production challenges along the country's priority scientific paths. These include ecology and the sustainable use of natural resources, energetics, chemical technologies, the production of new competitive products, construction, architecture and seismology, as well as information and communication technologies.

The main purpose of the conference was to strengthen friendly relations and exchange mutually beneficial scientific information and experiences among professors, lecturers, postgraduates, and students of relevant domestic and foreign higher education institutions, as well as scientists from scientific institutions and specialists from production companies.

Professors, lecturers, doctoral candidates of prestigious foreign higher educational institutions, and representatives of research institutions actively participated in the international scientific-practical conference via digital system.

During the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, foreign scientists who delivered presentations shared interesting information regarding the historical traditions and unique features of their peoples' architectural art, modern construction innovations widely implemented in world practice, and innovative technological developments. The scientific views put forward regarding the creation of comfortable urban environments, the formation of designs that harmonize with natural beauty, increasing the efficiency of architectural and construction education, and preparing highly qualified, competitive specialists generated great interest among the conference participants.

Following the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, the event's proceedings continued across 4 sections.

The primary objectives of the International Scientific and Practical Conference consist of ensuring the integration of the educational system with science and industry, and organizing modern scientific exchanges among the professors, lecturers, postgraduates, and student youth of higher education institutions. Additionally, identifying talented youth, actively engaging them in research activities, training highly qualified academic personnel, and raising a competitive younger generation capable of solving urgent problems that arise in industrial and innovative research are crucial directions set before the conference.

In the current era, alongside all sectors of our national economy, the construction and industrial sectors in our beloved Motherland are developing at a rapid pace. Within the construction and industrial complex, tasks such as establishing innovative production operations, setting up large-scale industrial enterprises, manufacturing import-substituting products, increasing the export capabilities of the sector, and introducing the digital economy into the system are being successfully implemented. Numerous new, exemplary cities, modern villages, and towns have emerged, beautifully harmonizing the traditional architectural principles inherited from our ancestors with the design and creative spirit of our contemporary era.

From raising buildings and laying roads to constructing bridges and digging wells and kyarizes (underground water channels) - our brave ancestors considered these tasks to be among their most sacred deeds. They left behind an immensely rich and priceless scientific and practical heritage regarding architectural and construction culture for future generations.

The participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, held via digital system under the title “The White City Ashgabat – the masterpiece of architectural art, a center for scientific innovations”, expressed their heartfelt appreciation and profound gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, our Hero Arkadag, and our Esteemed President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who stand at the very source of our country's great achievements and modern architectural art. The representatives of the international conference wished robust health, long life, and constant prosperity in all their initiatives of national benefit and international significance to our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Serdar with Arkadag, who are implementing world-exemplary works to arise our country's construction-industrial complex and the science-educational system to sublime heights during the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State.
