In order to implement the instructions of the Esteemed President to pay special attention to guiding students toward careers by taking into account their abilities and talents in schools, career guidance activities were carried out during the 2025/2026 academic year. These activities were organized within the framework of the joint work plan between the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction and the specialized secondary schools No. 77 and 116 in Ashgabat, which provide advanced education in exact sciences and foreign languages.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Architecture of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, Meryem Bekmurzayeva, conducted career guidance sessions with graduating students of these schools. To identify young talents, students completed sketch design projects. In addition, meetings were held to guide students in choosing their future professions.

Students were also provided with detailed information about the specialties offered at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. It was emphasized that the institute is a leading educational institution preparing architects, designers, and urban planners capable of designing buildings that meet modern engineering requirements, are highly durable, and resistant to climatic and seismic conditions.

These meetings had a strong impact on the graduating students and helped them make informed decisions about their future careers.
