Under the leadership of our highly respected President, who successfully continues the state activities of our Hero Arkadag, much attention is paid to high-level sports. Thanks to all the favorable conditions, our country’s athletes achieve high results at international sports competitions at various levels.

Athletes from more than 20 countries took part in the Asia-Oceania Championships, held in Macau (HHR) on June 29-30.

Bayramov Babamurat, a 1st year student of the specialty “Electrical Supply” of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of our institute, took 3rd place in the weight of 64 kg. on the first day of the international tournament in sambo.

On the second day of international sports competitions, a 1st year student of the specialty “Cartography and Geoinformatics” of the Road Construction Faculty of our institute, Kerim Kerimov, took 2nd place in the weight of 64 kg.

Congratulations to our student-athletes on a great sporting victory, who won 21 medals in the team competition and took 3rd place in the overall standings of Turkmenistan.
