Webinar

On April 28, 2023, a live video conference entitled “The role of youth in protecting the national heritage” was held with the participation of students from all higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan in honor of the Year of Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar. The webinar was attended by students and teachers of our university.

The webinar was conducted by Ogulsabyr Berdiyeva, Head of the UNESCO World Languages Club of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The activities carried out to study, preserve and popularize our national heritage, national traditions for raising children in the Turkmen family were discussed in detail. Also, the types of education known from pedagogical science, such as labor education, beauty education, the main advantages and various aspects of family education, were considered.

In connection with the topic of the seminar, issues were discussed about the activities carried out by the UNESCO Department of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, about the values of our cultural heritage - embroidery and carpet weaving, which the younger generation is taught in the family. The educational aspects of these professions and their importance in teaching good manners to young people were also discussed. The webinar was effective and informative.
