NEUTRALITY IS THE FLAG OF THE WORLD

During the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, every day of independent and permanently neutral Turkmenistan is dedicated to great labor victories and significant events. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our esteemed President and his far-sighted policy, our country has been recognized as a neutral country promoting reconciliation initiatives. Neutrality is our doctrine that promotes world peace, calls people to happiness, and promotes humanism. Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan is always open for effective and equal international cooperation.

We are very proud that the neutrality of our Motherland, which is used in relations that are being established with many countries of the world and authoritative organizations, is of a humanitarian and friendly nature.

Neutrality is a value that helps us move forward with confident steps, promotes the principles of humanism and peacefulness of our people, brings the name and glory of our powerful state and united people to the world. Based on the foregoing, on November 21, 2022, the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute hosted an event dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan, entitled "Neutrality is the flag of the world, Motherland is my endless song." During this event, student activists of the institute presented such performances as literary composition and artistic reading.

The students expressed their gratitude to our esteemed President for the opportunities created for the education of young people. They wished the dear President, who leads the Turkmen people with great confidence forward, health and long life.
